How to Handle Major Upsets

1. Ignore all thoughts about it (you cannot resolve it mentally through the mind / the ego).
2. Focus on the inner feeling, on the underlying nameless painful emotion.
3. Be willing 100% to experience the negative feeling of the upset, no matter how painful.

Your willingness to go into the experience, into the feeling 100% will dissolve it. What you resist, stays with you. It is your unwillingness to experience what you don't like that perpetuates it. When you allow yourself to feel all of it, you release it. It goes through you (and yes, it does hurt), but then it's GONE.
